Do you love the confidence that Botox gives you, but not the hefty price tag? Look no further than Prism Aesthetics. Our solution is simple: become a Prism Hostess and throw your own Prism Party. You can still enjoy the benefits of Botox, but at a discounted price that won't break the bank.

Prism Hostess

Prism Party Rules

  • Host a party of up to 10 people but no less than 5 who want to receive neuro

  • Deposit of $80 per participant needs to be made at time of booking. Deposit will go towards total cost of service.

  • Prism Parties must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance. and cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If hostess fails to cancel the party at least 24 hours in advance, they will be unable to host a party for 3 months.

  • Provide residential location at time of booking (up to the discretion of Prism Aesthetics to accept or decline a Prism Party based on location if deemed unsafe or out of our mile radius.

  • No alcohol allowed before Botox injection is administered or during Botox injection

  • Consent forms must be signed before Botox is injected

  • Agree to scheduled follow up (either telemedicine or in person)

  • Remaining balance for each participant is due prior to Botox injection. Cashless payments only.

  • Prism Hostess receives a discount on Botox at $9/unit

Plush Prism Hostess

  • Can host up to 2 Prism Parties per quarter (every 3 months) and receive Botox at $7/unit

  • Please fill out a form to sign-up for Plush Prism Hostess

  • Social media presence is strongly considered

  • Must post events, post photos of before and after Botox injection, and promote special for Prism Aesthetics

  • Referral are welcomed
